So so so thankful to have met Candace! She is so much more than just a massage therapist she took the time to show me different stretches, we went over my pain areas and pain levels. I felt safe and so relaxed! Definitely going back! Thank you again Candace you are AMAZING!!!!!

Candace is so talented and truly takes the time to learn about your pregnancy journey, how you are feeling, and any areas of discomfort that you are experiencing and working that into your session. Candace is AMAZING! My experience today was so great. I am 23 weeks pregnant and am really struggling with tension headaches and sciatica pain and she helped so much with that and gave so much information for at home exercises and answered any questions I had since she is also a doula she is super knowledgeable. I can’t wait for more appointments to help this pregnant body!

For being a first time mom, I didn’t know what to expect. At my first session, Candace spent time to talk about my pregnancy journey and asked many questions about any areas of pain. She also showed me several techniques to help reduce back pain and even offered to have me try different wedges for sleeping and a maternity belt. Candace provides much more than an amazing massage; she is also very informative. I have been twice now and will see her again next week! I cannot recommend her enough!!

Candice is very knowledgeable in various massage techniques as well as ways to get you to relax. It amazes me how much she customizes my experience with my likes, and needs. I have seen her both pregnant and postpartum and she has significantly helped me manage my discomfort and ease what pain I've been in. Her recommendations and referrals were an added bonus to the already amazing experience!

She takes the time to talk through how you are feeling and what to expect ahead of time so that she can customize the massage specifically to you and your needs. I was gifted a prenatal massage with Candace as a baby shower gift. After my initial visit I knew Candace is absolutely the best at what she does. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and customizes my massages. She has given me so many recommendations to help ease pain or discomfort with body pillows, belly bands and information for emotional support groups. She has introduced gua sha and cupping to my massages, and it has been such an added bonus to her already amazing massages, I like that the cupping doesn’t leave any red marks behind & the gua sha really gets into hard to reach places to release tension and it doesn’t hurt at all! She follows up after my appointments to make sure I’m doing ok. I’m thankful to have met Candace and have already recommended her to expecting family members and friends!

Candace is amazing!! I felt so relaxed and felt asleep towards the end because it's so comfortable. She is really the best! She knows how to get you comfortable and adjust your position and give you tons of helpful tips! I got more than an excellent massage! She showed me useful stretching poses and easy tools I can use at home. I absolutely recommend any pregnant mom to see her!
